Boxing Without Walls

BOXING WITHOUT WALLS

Many young people who would benefit most from boxing never step inside a gym. Cost, confidence, travel, access — the barriers stack up. Boxing Without Walls removes every single one. Instead of expecting young people to come to us, we bring Lineage directly into schools, alternative provision, colleges and youth centres — working with ages 8–25.

This is a structured programme built around three pillars: technical boxing training, behaviour and personal development, and a micro-rewards system that tracks real progress. Students learn stance, movement, pad work and controlled drills — all non-contact — while building discipline, emotional control and resilience under pressure. Every session gives them something to earn and something to work towards.

Schools see measurable outcomes: better attendance, fewer behavioural incidents, stronger engagement. At Lineage, boxing is not just about sport. It's about building structure, responsibility and belonging for those who need it most. No gym required. Just show up ready to work.

We also offer female-only classes led by female coaches, creating a supportive and empowering environment for women and girls to train with confidence.
